This is an unfinished instance like many others.

You might even have found the entrances to the Emerald Dream - they're now guarded by zergs of dragonkin and those four new big green dragons.

Oh, and, technically there's a fifth green dragon - Eranikus.
That thingy from the Sunken Temple. Where you got the AOE poison trinket from, you know.

He's back. With a vengeance.

Though in that screenie he's messing around in the Moonglade.
Guess that'll be at the "Lunar Event" (patch 1.8.4 introduced some holiday events into WoW for Christmas (us/eu) and the Chinese Newyear or something.

Seeing how they've added more and more hints to the Emerald Dream in the last few patches... maybe that'll be the new raid content released after 1.9's Ahn'Qiraj?

Wrong, this is simply an added chain of the questitem that drops from the four dragons
