This is indeed true. Zandalarian Hero Charm and the Talisman of Ephemeral Power can no longer be stacked, along with most of the other trinkets from Zul'Gurub and the level 50 class quest trinkets. A simultaneous cooldown will prevent these items from being used simultaneously.

EDIT: Let me explain the cooldown further, since there are questions. Use of these trinkets will trigger a cooldown equal to the duration of the effects -- which means that you can indeed use one directly after another.

I think I prefer the ZHC, ofc from pure theorycrafting since I got neither. For one, more damage, since I don't use many spells that diminish the duration. And secondly, the effect has a longer duration (although the CD is commensurately longer as well).

Well from what I can make up by reading between the lines (damnit Blizzard, learn to spell it all out!) is that the Shaman combo of NAC and ZHC or ToEP is nerfed as well.

There is also a Priest-only trinket that adds +190 healing for 15 seconds or so. I'd be interested to know whether or not that will still work with ToEP and ZHC so if anyone bothered to do that quest and also has one of the other two trinkets then please test it
