Chain Lightning
Godly.
Natural Alignment Crystal (5m cooldown, 20% dmg boost for 20% more mana).
That Zandalar Hakkar Heart trinket thingy.
Lok'amir il Romathis.
Odd though, he didn't wear the Zandalar Augur Hauberk, that's another nice chunk of dmg.
Yet he HAS got that voodoo mask from Jindo.
And typical Earthfury crit gear.

Xen - one acronym; OOM.
Shadowbolts rank 9 (L60) go for 481 dmg each.
Lightningbolts rank 10 (L56) go for 443 dmg each.
A new shadowbolt rank is out there in the ruins of Ahn'Qiraj too.
Besides, warlocks can get Improved Shadow Bolt talent, which essentially provide the benefit of a "Natural Alignment Crystal" (without the drawbacks of +20% mana) for 4 times after a shadowbolt critical, not on a 5 minute cooldown.
All you need to do is grab 25% critical on spells and you're set.
And then there's various tools a warlock has to get back any mana they've lost.
Shamans have to die, ankh and drink (which warlocks can do better and more often, without durability loss - nerf!)
Guess shammies will have an edge on the aggro reduction part in 1.9 since they'll get that -20% aggro totem part of the default package, whereas for Warlocks it requires a very deep talent in Demonology.
Ramiz - any mage that would be at his "progression level" or whatever it's called (Nefarion on farm status) would do the same if not more obscene damage then that.
Sure, his criticals look nice, but regular hits even with the trinkets activated are... meh.
Compare it to Zwelgje's screenshot from AB - two critical frostbolts on a certain renowned paladin each hitting near 3000 damage.
Zwelgje's fireblast hitting practically at 1k, non-crit.
Gues what'll happen if Zwelg gets his hands on proper BWL gear.

I understand shammies will go OOM eventually, but my point still stands. LB scales the best with damage gear. Over time, LB gets 25% more effect from it compared to SB. Rank10 SB wont matter a single bit since it only affects base damage.

Lightningbolts rank 10 (L56) go for 443 dmg each.
With 400 damage gear, both spells get +343 dmg:
SB : 481+343/2.5 = 330 DPS
LB : 443+343/2 = 393 DPS
