In english: This boy got his first cigarette from his father when he was 18 months old, now he is two years old and smoke 40 cigarettes per day!!! The father don't think it will damage his kid, he says "he looks healthy".. the government have offered the family a new car if they make the kid stop smoking but the family is declining the offer since the kid gets mad and bangs his head on the wall when he doesn't get his cigarettes, he is apparently pretty addicted
