Well if you clame that pallies suck in pvp you haven't done much pvp yourself.

Hmm well remember that we have a lot of shamans with us (5-6) they can ofc put up different totems and we can tinker with the setup of the raid to give the effect of the totem to the ppl that need it. The tanks should ofc not have this effect on them, and remember that in bwl we usually stay pretty close to each other so the totem will reach a lot of ppl. We might just have to think a bit differently when we set up groups from now on, i think this is a good thing though.

And have the tanks with wf will give them some extra aggro over the melee for example. just try to think a bit different.

Well that doesn't only go for rogues, it goes for all classes.

And you have? :?

99% of the pallies I meet in pvp are easily beaten (might take a while but they will go down). In AV most of them just drop their "bomb" go immune and run back to hide between the other allies.

Well, I'm thinking along the lines of Arnoodot, I'd like to have dueled him after Shataz, but we had to go. He is the first pallie I have seen that used Judgement of Wisdom. :)

I know it wasn't a content patch for priests, but it's pretty ironic how they buffed disc and to a lesser extent shadow, but totally ignored Holy

Sneek, you have to remember that Pallies will always be better in PvE and Shammies will always be s00pa-ubah-better-than-God in PvP and can win AV single handed (well that's what the Pallies say, so it must be true :? )

One of the new talents Pallies get, apparently, is "An Eye for An Eye" which has the possibility of reflecting 30% of the damage inflicted by CRITICAL magical damage back onto the caster.

You cant compare a whole class in a 1vs1 perspective...

I would say that a paladin is one of the best classes in pvp. As it is now they arent made for dps'ing but for healing - cleansing etc. A well played Paladin like Arnoodot is a HUGE advantage when it comes to pvp (atleast in AB).

Yes i have fenz, and what's up with the wise ass comments you slap on the forum like a 15 year old boy with hormone problems?

Anyway as skyly said, a well played paladin like arnoodot is extremely good in ab and with nice eq they can hit me for 2k dmg.

Stupid statements have that effect on me (like saying people if they even pvp when they say pallies aren't that good when you haven't pvp'd much yourself).

As with any other class there are good ones out there but the majority are not playing there class to the full potential.

In my country, we have a little thing we like to call 'grammar'. Even pikeys can grasp it! Obviously not the Dutch, though...

Ok let's all get back on track with this thread and rejoice in yet more warlock buffs, since this is, after all, a warlock board. A small selection:
Warlocks

* Searing Pain - Increased damage on all ranks of Searing Pain.
* Infernal and Doomguard - Increased armor 10% and damage 30% on both pets.
* Soul Link - This spell can no longer be partially dispelled off the warlock. In addition, Soul Link can no longer be used on non-demon pets.
* Hellfire - Victims of Hellfire are now able to resist properly. Warlocks continue (as designed) to be unable to resist their own damage.
* Curse of Shadow and Curse of the Elements - These curses can no longer cause resistance to become negative. To compensate, both curses now increases the damage taken from the appropriate schools by a percentage.
* Summon Felsteed - Mana cost reduced.
* Summon Dreadsteed - Mana cost reduced.
* Pyroclasm - The stun effect's duration no longer diminishes or is diminished by controlled stun abilities and spells (e.g. Cheap Shot, Hammer of Justice, Charge etc...).
And yes, we still suck and still need more buffs as well!

Yep, it's evil but Magical debuffs are the most effective ones out there.
And Allies have parttime-immune shieldwielding tincans that can tear all of those away.

Sheep, nullified. Frostnova on a tin can, nullified. Fear on a priest, nullified. Root on tin can, nullified.
Very evil stuff - there are very few magical buffs out there that are used in PvP and a truckload of debuffs.

The only effective crowd control of sorts I can think of against Allies is... hamstring and wingclip :S

The "burst damage" a Shaman might bring to the battlefield desperately trying to be either a warrior (windfury ftw!) or a mage (shock ftw!) is negliable.
The "burst damage" a Paladin will bring to the battlefield by cleansing that sheeped Rank-14 equipped warrior is controllable and on-demand and definately a lot cheaper manawise then an earthshock.

HolyTinCan gains Divine Shield. *Can't touch this*

Are blizzard giving each class a couple of months whereby they're allowed to be the most imba class? We've had rogues, shammies, shadow priests, warriors, and now they're doing their best to make Warlocks the top of the pile? This is disgraceful, I am absolutely outraged, they have no clue about balance whatsoever.

So when is it the Holy Priests' turn? :o
