afaik you need a euro cc or someone in EU land to pass you the codes on a EU gamecard

should work with a US cc as well afaik, they can't check where you live...
you just need a euro cd key

Well when i used my gf's visa it didn't get denied...it got approved, but with the cc hell that was going on atm the subs never went permanently active, same went for my own ( european ) mastercard....
gamecards ftw!
