Judging from what's inside the current datafiles, i'd say early 2006 / summer at latest.
Outland, emerald dream, kharazad, hyjal etc are already fully mapped & currently ingame. Just blocked off

EDIT: Just read that it doesnt seems like we are getting new classes but only improved talent trees with a higher tier. ... that isnt to bad but i would love to have 2-4 more classes :p BONEPRISON FTW

The one with the ... eh... razor on it's helm?

Looks more like a souped up Valor set tbh, same color and pattern-ish.
And that razorblade-helm explains the damage everyone takes on a Charge too!

Oh and that staff... that's brilliant! That'll exactly dumb down resistances to 0 even if folks have got full tier 1 and tier 2 equipment.
