You who logged in after patch, how does addons etc work? Anyone that needs to be updated for tonights raid etc?

AGAIN, I couldnt install the patch without reinstalling wow, dunno what the fuck is wrong, but anyway installing BC now, looking forward for the 4hrs of patching!

On curse I saw that there is a new NECB out.

Changed Cooldown of "Shadowstep" (Rogue) from 15 to 40 secs. (Patch 2.3)
Changed Cooldown of "Pain Suppression" (Priest) from 180 to 120 secs. (Patch 2.3)
Changed Cooldown of "Rebirth" (Druid) from 30 to 20 mins. (Patch 2.3)
Changed Duration of "Vengeance" (Paladin) from 8 (15) to 30 secs. (Patch 2.3)
Changed PvP Duration of "Hamstring" (Warrior) from 15 to 10 secs. (Patch 2.3)
Changed PvP Duration of "Wyvern Sting" (Hunter) from 12 to 10 secs. (Patch 2.3)
Added a Diminishing Return timer to "Disarm" (Warrior). (Patch 2.3)

Windows Vista ? If so, next time manually run the patch-file as administrator.

Wasn't there a new mechanic in 2.3 so this quartz is not needed anymore?
