trying to mount an image file using both daemon, or alcohol.. both give the same error "unable to mount image, invalid TOC specified" Don't seem its something wrong with the file, cause my roomie was able to open the file with no problem. Tried to mount some old imagefiles I had used before and get the same error.. What to do and what to do?

reinstall daemon tools?

reinstaller daemon tools, upgraded it fully, upgraded winrar un unpacked the file 3 times. To me it seems it's something fundamentally wrong with my computer.. some currupted dll files.

Btw, predent its your grandmother asking you this. I am totally clueless

what image file?

emulation settings on / off?

what does the nfo file say? (use older daemon tool cause of blacklist thingy?, use some other anti-block app? )

its an .iso.. allthoughall of my .cue .bin got the same error... But gonna try to install a lower version of daemon

come to think about it, my first attempt was with a really old version of daemon.. don't think downgrading gonna work either

the problem is in your .cue , use notepad to edit your .cue and remove the path inside it or correct the path to the .iso.

Mount the bin directly instead of the cue file?

guess I didn't explain enough in the details. Anyway, down ranked the daemontools version like agra said, wich seem to have done the trick. Don't understand why though, but who cares. I dont seem though, to live up to the minimum requirements, so it was all in vain anyway. Cheers all that responed. I need a new gfx card :S

hmm, the problem is indeed the Table of contents, TOC which as Rmz said resides on the cue file mate. Not sure what downranking has to do with it.

The cue might have been created with a different patch to the Bin in someoneÃ‚Â´s computer.

my comp don't got the juice to run the thing that I was now able to mount. But thx again for your effort...
