Major usability things in the UI part as well.
- Your current target will now display all of the duration based spells
that you have cast on them with cooldown rings so you will know how
much longer they will last. Very useful for warlock damage over time
spells and druid healing over time spells as well as many others.
(built in ACCURATE timers for your dots and hots and buffs!)
- Shamans are now a darker blue in the raid UI so they have a more
distinct color.
(gotta check this out on PTR!)
- Spells that have reagent costs will show the number of uses left in
the lower right corner of the action icon, just like consumable items
on the action bar.
(about time)
- Hunters now have a UI option "Auto Attack/Auto Shot" that if turned
off means that the hunter will not automatically switch between
ranged attack and melee attack difficulty when the range changes.
(less chance of ruining!)
- Using abilities and casting spells that cannot be used while mounted
will now auto-dismount players as needed. This can be disabled by
turning off the auto-dismount option in the UI options.
(expect a lot of corpses due to flying folk pressing a button)
- Profession UI now has a search field. Text that is entered into the
search field searches against item names, reagent names and item
levels (if you include a level). For instance you can type "Peace"
into the search field to see all of your recipes that use Peacebloom,
or type in "20-30" to see all of you level 20-30 recipes. This search
field only appears once you have more than 75 skill in your
profession.
(about time, not that consumables are that painful anymore)
- You can now display the amount of healing you do to a target in the
gamefield. This option can be turned on with the "Healing" option in
the floating combat text section of interface options.
(makes healing more... fun!)

Yeah it's really painful to place this on the Paladins now.
Especially another stab in the back of Horde raiders pre-BC confirming something we all knew in the back of our heads.
For Elemental Shaman it's not that painful at all since it's a very recent change;
- Clearcast used to be 10% chance on spell hit to get next cast for free.
- Then on Critical Spell Hit next cast for free.
- Now it's finally on Critical Spell Hit, next cast for 60% mana off.
In order to get the same "staying power" of the old Shaman 10% chance situation you'll need 17% chance at getting a critical spell hit.
From that point on you start benefitting from the chances all in all.

Consumable changes are documentend on EJs.
Flask material requirements have been reduced to 30% of their current ones.
Frost grenades are rooting grenades (like a water elemental's frost nova).
The consumable buffs are now minor enough, imo, to be made mostly NULL when you have a decked and enchanted raid.
Now as a note I don't think flask of Chromatic Crap hasn't changed at all. Ahwell.Flask of Fortification 500 HP and 10 Defense Rating
Flask of Mighty Restoration 25 MP5
Flask of Relentless Assault 120 AP
Flask of Arcane Fortification 35 Arcane Resist 20 HP5
Flask of Shadow Fortification 35 Arcane Resist 20 HP5
Flask of Titans 400 HP
Distilled Wisdom 65 Intellect
Supreme Power 70 Spell Damage
Chromatic Resistance 25 Resist All
Flask material requirements have been reduced to 30% of their current ones.
The new elixers.* Elixir of Draenic Wisdom: Intellect and Spirit are increased by 25.
* Earthen Elixir: Reduces both spell and physical damage taken by 20.
* Elixir of Ironskin: Resilience is raised by 30.
* Elixir of Major Fortification: Increases health by 250 and provides 10 health every 5 seconds.
Frost grenades are rooting grenades (like a water elemental's frost nova).

- "Mana Spring Totem": Duration increased to 2 minutes.
YEEEEEES
- "Earth Shield": Adjusted the tooltip to indicate this ability works
against all types of attacks, not just melee. This ability will also
now properly trigger only from taking direct damage effects.
nice that makes even more overpwoered then it already was
