Looks like a solid spec.

A tip tho: If you ever find yourself in need to do some serious tanking, remember that Thick Hide is much better than it seems since it's applied multiplicative. Which means that it doesn't boost AC contribution to x5.6 but rather to 6.05 a 45% difference. If that was ever the case i'd just shift the points from primal tenacity down to thick hide.
But atm it looks like a solid pve/pvp feral build.

Virt, this is a feral spec with your desired talents and taking into consideration the upcomming nerfs this is what i'd go with for pvp performance. got 1 point left over for either 1/3 thick hide or 1/2 nurturing instinct or 1/4 imp Natures grasp. Whatever you feel is most worthwhile (imo the fights where NG is important like rogues and pets they hit so fast that 35-50% is fine).

Ive benn thinking about starting to lvl a druid alt, and i'm wondering if all of you experts could help me out eith a good spec for lvling it as efficiently as posible ?

Sure, here goes:

Begin in Feral tree.
Lvl 10 - 14: Ferocity 5/5

Lvl 15 - 19: First 2/2 Brutal impact then 3/3 feral instinct.

Lvl 20 - 25: First Feral Charge then 5/5 Furor

Lvl 26 - 30: First 3/3 Sharpened Claws then 2/2 feral swiftness

Lvl 31 - 35: 2/2 Primal Fury then 3/3 Predatory Strikes

Lvl 36 - 40: 2/2 Savage fury then Feral faerie fire and 1/2 Shredding attacks

Lvl 41 - 45: Heart of the wild 5/5

Lvl 46 - 50: Lotp -> Imp lotp -> 2/2 Shredding attacks -> 1/3 Primal tenacity

Lvl 51 - 60: Predatory Instinct 5/5 -> Mangle -> Naturalist 5/5 (resto tree)

Lvl 61 - 65: Omen of clarity -> Natures Grasp (balance) -> Intensity 3/3 (resto)

Lvl 66-70: (3/3 Survival of the fittest, 2/3 Thick Hide) OR (3/3 thick hide, 3/3 primal tenacity) First choice for better pve (tanking) or second for better pvp

Sure there is something wrong in here with the numbers of talent points in the right order, but that's the general gist of efficient leveling. :p
