New Comp Inc

Post by Lateralus »

I just got money so i can now buy myself a laptop after waiting for a year or so. I dont want a stationarry (spelling?right word?), i want a laptop i can play WoW on and yes i will only use it for WoW and maybe Warcraft 3, and offc other things like music, movies etc. I also intend to use it from work when i work night and have nothing else to do (farming ftw)

I intend to buy this one.. but since u cant try out computers at home before u buy them i thought i just ask here what you guys think.

The only "weak" thing i find on this one is resulotion 1440 x 900 but it shouldnt matter that much in WOW right?

are u going to use that comp when ure at home and playing wow?
i mean its all good for sitting and playing wow(lazying aorund at work).
imo u should test wow and the things ure gonna do with it on a similar laptop before purchase if u cant return this laptop if ure not satisfied.
or u could just buy the laptop for maybe an more expnsive price from a place where u can test it and return it if ure not satisfied.

Slow harddrive... Imo get a 7200 rpm disc or you will regret it. Gonna be really slow when loading Orgrimmar and other places :D

Otherwise good laptop. I have a laptop with a 17" screen and a resolution of 1900x1200. It rocks but as a portable computer it sucks (sucking that battery power in no time) :D

That was not a laptop, it was an abomination unto God.
