It's a slightly more then 20% buff on the mana tide btw.
Still not addressed the scalability of it though and don't bring up the Innervate mess

Anyway the talent review's a smashing success of the Shaman, imo.
I'm actually having a very difficult timing deciding what to pick in 1.11...
Right now, in 1.10, you'll only pick the basic templates unless you ebayed.

Doubt you'll see many shaman use the Elemental Warding for instance - as an elementalist you have a real desire to dump those 3 points somewhere else.

So, as a shaman, will I get talent points back after the patch or will they be moved to similar talents?

And a question for the other shammys.. Which spell is nature's swiftness most useful together with? I just got to lvl 20 so my ideas of how I'll play at lvl 60 are very vague

healing to full with natures swiftness is the most common one i think but for a lvling build id go with 2h spec imp lightning shield and respeccing later on and just go pure enchantment till 55-60
