Ok, number crunch time.

Rejuvenation (Rank 11)
360 Mana, 40 yd range, Instant cast
Heals the target for 888 over 12 sec.

Swiftmend
Instantly heals a target for the Regrowth or Rejuvenation that's up.
(assumption)

Code: Select all

/cast Rejuvenation
/script SpellStopCasting();
/cast Swiftmend
There you go; a second Nature's Swiftness that'll trigger instantly even while moving.
Hell it's even better. It scales perfectly with healing gear.
600 +healing on your equipment and boom; an instant heal for 1488.

The specifics are not known; maybe (maybe!) it will work with any Heal-over-Time provided by the druid on the target.
So, keep both HOTs on and press the emergency button in case a Shadowflame crits.

Halelujah.
