New Legendary staff?

The picture of that staff has been floating around for some time now not sure if its fake or not, would certainly be nice with a legendary caster item for once

since you are posting in a 4 month old thread i understand that its hard to read the text that is in an image in a compleatly different thread.

The text that is the other thread as use was

+180damage /??? healing for ?? sec ( 10-20 something)
each spell cast reduces effect buy 30/?? damage/heal
these spells generate no treath

or something like that, cant remember now.
