It seems TH's hardware has been upgraded and that is what is causing the downtime:

24/8 04.35 CEST:
We're experiencing some issues at the site that received hardware upgrades during the maintenance. As a result several realms are still unavailable. We're working diligently to correct this and will update this message as soon as we have news about the progress.
