well basicly Gorloms videocard commited seppuku(japanese ritualistic suicide for thoose that didnt know that, spelling might be off but i guess amidamaru can correcti it) so now he needs a new one, problem is he doesnt know what to buy

anyone have a good card that you wholehartedly recommend?

post links to rewiews or something if you have them and help the poor fellow out

The video card in this Dell (yes) of mine is doing fine.
It's a Radeon X800 SE.

Came with the Dell, since at the time it was a special funky oem deal. Currently it seems it's commonplace and available loose.
Good value for the buck, at least at the time.

You reallly should check out http://www.tomshardware.com they test EVERYTHING

that page owns when you buy new stuff for your comp, i bought geforce 6600 GT a while ago, it's better than radeon 9800pro and it dose'nt rip your wallet to shreds either

TBH I'm not sure Gorlom, it might be server lag, with my box it SHOULD be server lag, but you never know

personally i only call it lagg when the screen has been frozen for 2 seconds +... no need to whine for less

=P
