Tested changes on beta only as prot prolly have to leave just conscreation out of default rotation if tanking singles hitting with the 80 premade for 1,5k with the 2 new abilities. Was reaching still 1,5k dps on 80 dummy.
It's more a nerf for ret though although wisdom procs reduced by half hurts all classes for mana regen

Will prolly use a wotlk shockadin build for levelling pretty interesting build at 80 too can get up to 1 sec holy lights instants flash of lights.
Can sustain single full holy (dps) cycle with it and helps with healing mana too of course for self/group/raid. Some pvp/filler talents for pesky gankers that might help some

Do not even bother with it mate with the mana pool on level 80 at 4,5k u will go oom in seconds. And with the judgement of the wise nerf retribution is a big laugh too now is the same like on the begining on TBC do not even bother playing pally the only think that this class can give u is furstration and dispear. So if u really want to enjoy Wotlk stay away from paladins

strugling to keep his mana and up to finish the fight and if u ask me sorry but i will not have more of this
And the amzing excuse they gave when we asked them why we can not do what warriors can: dps no stop when healed they said that warriors do not start the fight with full rage bar just lol
And there is no hope too they said it clearly that they want us to be equal with shadow priest

Geeeez, stop whining already. Every class has it's moments, retpaladins' is now officially over! (Nothing I'm being sad about, really!)
