Apparently this blizzard spokesman just made a statement that the problem could have something to do with the removal of a large quantity of cooling stabilizing units from the cooling unit itself.

btw ... I got an explanation of why the downloader stoped at around 127 mb, it was because during the last week/weeks you have been downloading the patch while playing....

It's very easy. The fellows at penny-arcade.com described it quite nicely.

It's all true you know. Every word of it.
Took Blizzard-EU around 8 hours to rig their systems back up again and get the bittorrent feed up and running.
Then you are dependant on that little thingy to actually do it's work properly.
