Well i took some things out from bank > worked
Flew down to cenarion hold > worked
Tried to find a npc in CH > didnt work
Tried to find mobs in Silithus > didnt work
Tried to logout > didnt work

Wierd yo.. ALT F4 and wait 5 more hours..
