wtf? does the evil twin "debuff" acctually do anything or what gives? i have never noticed anything?- When a paladin is replaced by their Evil Twin due to transporter
malfunction, they can no longer revert to their normal self using
Divine Shield.
zilver no if you read a bit higher up it says
"fear is about three times as likely to break on player targets then on non-player targets"
so that intimidating shout is affected by pvp calculations means its nerfed.
however there was another point lhigher up that said the calculation for dmg breaking fear was changed and the chance that dots break fear was reduced.
(something about calcing with the immidiet dmg instead of the total dmg of the spell)

As such, most items that can not be equipped with right click abilities have been streamlined into one of three categories. Using an item of a particular category will trigger a shared cooldown among all other items in the same category. The categories break down as follows with category cooldowns as listed.
