You know we aim for raids starting 19:30 ending 23:30 CET (server time).
Since you're thinking about leaving a guild that raids 3 days for 3 hours each from 19:00 to 22:00 CET (server time)...

Well according to the questions asked . Here are the details need it.
This character has the same pve healing gear as before summer because during summer my x-guild made only 6 raids. Shadow gear will be up in 2 days . Waiting for some crafts . Got mats , just waiting for crafters to log. I have 790 atm and i ll reach 940 in less than 2 days. About S.Priest exp asked. Before changing spec my x-guild need it a S.Priest for SSC. So i logged S.Priests like Krix and i played all encounters until Vashj. Tbh i dont have screenshots with damage meters or sw_stats based on damage because it was not my purpose during raid to hold those kinds of picts. In order to make it clear , i was pretty high in dmg meters high enough to pause so i wont get aggro . Now u asked me on what does a priest need to focus during raid . Well this is a tricky question and complexed in the same time. I strongly believe that skill is one of the main factors of players. I ve seen ppl with much better gear by me not reaching their potential. Hit rating and +damage would be a decent idea about gems gear etc. Now accordign to raid honestly my pre tbc exp was pretty nerd. What i want to say is that i had 100% of attendance in all guilds ever been. I m clearly a pve player . During tbc i was on all guilds first kills and never missed any raid so far. The reasons i m leaving this guild are because of gorget (onimaro) irf and personal reasons. I never were a loothorn you may ask anyone u choose from my guild . Raids are pretty fair with me. I mean i wont have any problems at all. For any further questions i would be glad to answer.

Noway . I m not full epics. I' m not playing for fun.Thatfore i play my best. I m always full flasked buffed etc. Full pots ready to play .There will be time mistakes will take place or even worse disagreements will appear but fun , co-operation , team effort will definitelly characterise me .This is why we play a game not only having fun , but being serious during raid when they are 24 more ppl concentrated giving their best to achieve a goal.Btw i dont believe in luck but to abilities . Summing up I think that nobody is willing to sacrifice hours from his life playing a game for nothing. Anyway i honestly want to thank you for your possitive comments i hope i wont disappoint you.
