Looks nice indeed, but it also seems to exactly the same as the iPod 
Everything the Zen can do the iPod can do as well, but don't forget that iTunes is pretty good software too (Sony Walkman actually isn't popular atm because of crappy software) and for the iPod it's pretty easy to get replacement parts if needed. Price is about the same as well. Not sure what is the main difference between the two, iPod battery life not super, but not bad either. iPod has an addon which transmits sound output through radio frequency in your car, which your car stereo can pick up, so you can listen to it in your car, don't have that yet though, so can't test it
