Compare the Staff of the Shadow Flame to this baby.

I think the staff's real - less stamina, more int more spi.
Special in active mana regeneration.
A "on use" special that simulates a mana tide for the wielder.
More +dmg/heal on it.

And seeing how other Legendaries like Sulfuras and Thunderfury require a rare drop and a crapload of work/gathering to create the legendary in the first place...
..thinking now that's it quite real.

most people that will be able to get this will imo have well over 6-7k mana

you will be able to constantly spamm flashheals with this (well perhaps not, but you will be darn close with all the other mana regen items out there.) imo its way to overpowered even for a ledgendary.

i really hope this is not a real staff since that will make every manadrain skill useless. imo 1% is too much =(
