Kibs! The subject isn't really important, it's more the silly voice of one of the guests. Think they went to a traumatic event, didn't pay much attention to what was being said

The are talking about coming out of narcosis (hope that is the right word, it's what they put you in before surgery:P) and then you life is changed. No mention about what operation.

The host is asking about some serious stuff and at the moment the high voice kicks in he loses control over himself:)
I don't know what operation they are talking about but the host is trying to be very serious and understanding...until heb bursts in laughter and can't get a hold of himself:)

Lol I think it's about surgery on his private parts too, because they talk about their love life not being the same anymore etc, and it would explain his high pitched voice

I don't understand why they make these type of shows live, or at least let the talk show host know who he is talking to hahahaha.

The fact that it is a comical sketch has nothing to do with it ofcourse

It's a scene from 'In de Gloria' i believe. An extremely funny belgian show

It's a parody of a Flemish (Flemish are an exotic bunch of people who speak an odd dialect of Dutch and in general known how to spell Dutch better the the Dutch themselves) journalist/talk show host known as Paul Jambers.

He's controversial in the sense that he actually has done talkshows with topics as weird and messed up as in the parody

Here's a clip of Jambers in one of Holland's more popular and humorous talk shows - Jensen. Even though there's Dutch chatter in this tiny fragment you'll probably make out the punch line of the fragment regardless of the "g" vowels tossed around like it's candy on halloween.

Jensen's a Dane actually but his family migrated (or whatever) to the NL when he was still a little kid.
