I ain't leaving without your soul and I am sober this time.
Really bad timing.
It's not like they killed Felmyst on the 31st; they dropped that encounter earlier - why wait till near April 1st to toss in the towel?
Though I'm inclined to be in the camp that thinks this is a really elaborate April 1st joke, there might be some truth to this.
Simple math tells me that Blizzard aims at 1.8 encounters per month to be cleared; so Sunwell had 3 frontloaded encounters and 3 staggered ones.
The first three should've taken 1¾ months.
So you'll see Agamath, the first gate, open late-May/early-June.
Muru'll be accessible in July while Kil'Jaeden will be accessible in August.
That'll leave guilds that are on the trailblazing edge around 3 months to learn Kil'Jaeden and farm him till WotLK goes live around November 2008.
Meanwhile, Nihilum'll have to do the first part of Sunwell for over 7 resets, seeing the gear check that is Brutallus dwindle to a minor speedbump due to the loot influx they're getting.
And that is if they min/max it and farm trash excessively before killing Kalecgos in a fresh reset.
Part of me thinks that Blizzard'll have to release another raid instance, since stretching the Sunwell content till November is really stretching it thin.
And I have doubts about the validity of even a November release of WotLK seeing how they still have to release the alpha details in two months time in Paris and how the Friends-and-Family beta hasn't even started yet.
Could it be that they're upset that they no longer have the #1 position and have no way to "rectify" that for at least two months?
- Sounds to me like they're no longer an interesting organisation to sponsor and act as a billboard for my fancy gaming products!

edit:
I guess I'll take contact to Feelgood (the shaman known as Feelbest in Nihilum) to ask if it's true, I played with Feelgood in both PvE and PvP on Emeriss.

Try:

http://armory.wow-europe.com/character- ... don&n=Muqq

According to Armory they are either shattered all over the place or even deleted their characters.
