Adding subtitles to a movie

I have some problems with a project i'm working on, I know someone here can help me!


I made a movie with sony video vegas, burned it out as .avi, and I made subs for it and got that with the same name as the movie but in a .sub file.

Now I want to integrate them both into one file, so I can burn my movie out on a dvd disc. How do I do that?

How to: Not using Vegas

I'm sort of semi-vegas nerd, so unless you can't intergrate the .sub file as an element then I HIGHLY doubt you'll be able to do it. Otherwise, you'll need some sort of addon to be able to allow .sub
