1.8's grinding threadmill: BWL and Beyond. Resistance gear.

Alright. Everyone who's been in Molten Core and watched Big Red knows there's a nasty secret to it. Fire resistance gear.

It seems there's a new trend out with 1.8 in Silithus.

There's the possibility of gathering truckloads of Nature resistance gear, possibly suiting folks up for the 4 new outdoor dragons, Ahn'Qiraj or even the Emerald Dream (the instance the 4 new dragons are guarding).

Cenarion Reservist Legplates, for instance. This is a quest reward for killing an outdoor raid boss in Silithus, apparently.

Then there are new drops in Scholomance: Dark Runes. Similar to Demonic Runes, though shouldn't be consumed so readily.
They are used in creating shadow resistance platemail!

Darkrune Breastplate, Darkrune Gauntlets and a Darkrune Helm.

These are craftables, using the dark runes that drop in Scholo now.
The pattern that allows creations of the breastplate gets mailed to you by an npc after you run a oh so typical (and yet totally unrelated) find-and-retrieve quest.

isnt that nice.... ive already gathered some shadow and frost gear

guess ill start working on my nature and arcane

sigh 5 sets of resist gear tank gear and pvp gear......

gonna have to start grinding cash again to be able to afford that last bankslot

and probably selling my collection of valor armour sitting in the bank collecting dust for the most part

Yeah did scholo yesterday, 2 of those runes droped i won 1 of them, will start to roll need on those now =P
