There's a rumor btw that Ashkandi can be transformed into the Ashbringer legendary. Seems to be lore-wise reasoning behind it that's beyond me. Didn't really pay attention to WC2, WC3 and the expansion.

Assuming here that it'll be similar to the Eye of Sulfuras...
...and apparently Nat Pagle is involved (fishing at least) as well as that Prince Tortheldrin in Dire Maul.

well they also say that you can fish that weapon out of the water for some reason as the nat pagles book on fishing in DM states something along thoose lines

it doesnt seem to make much sense to ahve two swords that are roughly on par with eachother to be able to transform them into eachother when its not a q reward like benediction
