Some people laughed, but I thought it was awful. It was just terrible -- but then Blizzard investigated, gave the guy Rank 14, and banned anyone who had anything to do with Wothdar.

Basically Wothdar's defense was that he simply used in-game mechanics to accomplish the feat, as if the fact that it was possible meant he should (I pointed out that it's technically legal to be a complete asshole in real life, but that doesn't make it nice or appropriate, as an analogy). Blizzard clearly didn't agree, and I don't blame them.

so dont accept summons from random people as they might be meanies

just wonder how blizzard can now if that guy really is disabled..
well he might be... and he might not be. Have heard dozens of stories where people afterwards, it suddenly comes that they have some special social problems or so.

that happens in ironforge too, supposedly there's some neutral horses or w/e , some lowbie will invite a 60 to a grp, 60 accepts, lowbie proceeds to wtfpwn horses, 60 loses bunch of faction

All i learn from this is: Do accept the summons, and you get a free rank 14.
