Yeah lovely.

This is Blizzard giving the bird to Mages and Shaman. Must be their new policy of efficiency.

Let me guess how 1.11 will look like...
- Mages get their Arcane Explosion reworked to be instant with a lower damage, talents used to up the damage range.
- Mages get a slightly less effient Evocation, talents used to up the efficiency.
- Mages will get a final fix to their Arcane Missiles. (may not function as expected)
- New icon for Evocation.
- Shaman get their 2H weapon talent respecialization corrected so they don't have to visit the Wailing Caverns every respec.
- Shaman get a slight boost to Eventide and the Healing and Mana spring talents (5%).

its sneeks favourite place to lvl weapons.
since you miss like 4 out of five hits when you got 0 skill in the weapon (the case for every shaman that respeccs) you need to find a place to grind worthless mobs to get your skill up to kill big mobs.
