Commands:
/shardace or /sa

setmessage - allows setting of custom messages. Use %s for the targets name
soulstone - sets the message to send when you soulstone someone

But you can also use the standard message.

Oh never heard about those harm/help things. Nice

Personally i just bind the pet key (ctrl+2) to Q and put all useful spells on that one.
