Myep. But I guess Xen's right and we'll never ever see Relics like the two epic varieties I cooked up in this thread.

We'll have to make do with +5 int +5 sta if we're lucky. Joy.

me thinks there will be a +50 dmg to lightning shield (perhaps lightningspells but then it would only be 34 or something)

or a -20 mana to dispell

would be overpowered in pve. would be a "meh" in 1 on 1 pvp.

im unsure in group pvp though. we would be shocking different targets alot leaving us with no time or mana for heals so probably not that usefull in mass pvp either.

(the reason its meh in 1 vs 1 is because it deals no dmg after third)

Lesser Healing Wave's at 43% of "+heal" effects -- which makes this totem do 2.3 x 45 which is exactly +105 to heal effects just the Shaman flash heal.
