There is a lot of shitty itemization after this patch, mostly since you'll want mp5 and spellcrit as a paladin now.

You simply can't find it. Redemption is Naxxramas set gear.
Only the chestpiece from tier4 has crit and mp5.
Oh sure, tier 5 and 6 might help out a bit, but other then that?

So yes you're stuck in a rut like pre-BC shaman were.
Wearing leather and cloth - if you're lucky that is because in general it's a very odd combination that's uncommon.

There are only 28 items (armor, jewelry, handitems) in the game right now that offer mp5 and crit.
14 of which are mail or worse, and offhand or even green items. Most of them aren't even for healers.

I buff too ! -_-

Ive kinda accepted that Im a healbot I guess .. ppl still yell at priests when a MT dies, not at pallies, that was what I mainly hated bout priest
