The login screen says maintenance lasts untill 15:00 Paris time.

Yes, when it comes to Blizzard everything is possible, even the impossible.
I believe the instance servers will go down tonight.

From the US servers:

We will be conducting emergency maintenance on all US/LA realms this morning at 4:00AM PDT to address some technical issues. We expect the realms to be down for two hours with the maintenance period ending at approximately 6:00AM PDT.
