they got some alternate sites to buy games that you can activate on steam, bought my l4d for 15euro if i remember right, when it costs 45euro on steam.

Yeah with direct euro sale on steam no tax added though like before(19% in the netherlands) but still around 10% higher in total then before every game was sold in dollars converted worldwide with current exchange rates.
