Not just the Guildleader, but also the defacto raidleader.
This guy does a tremendous amount of work related to the game.
Not only does he host nearly all of their 25mans, also regular 10mans.
And he polices the EJ forums as well as write essays.

Combined with his job in what I assume to be a managerial position in ICT.

Thats probably a lie, irl hes a 17 year old fat kid that dropped off from school, possibly the guy with "i fuck on first date"-shirt.
