I still think it slows down your system unneeded and it had some driver issues last time I tested it, about 2 months ago (did they fix the creative drivers?).
Sticking to XP for now.

I wouldn't upgrade to it, but if you're going to perform a new install anyway I'd take Vista over XP any day.
