apple is the shit, a pure eyegasm and great quality. Now im just going to convinse mr.smartypants to get a new macpro dual 2.2. Weee!! so i can do my "once-a-year masurbation" at his house. *sings* ooohhh paint the walls all white again tralalalalaaaaaaa yupp im tired. over n out.

Personally i am using a non-widescreen Samsung monitor atm.. 4ms .. No problems at all in any case. Samsung is supposed to be good, or so i've heard. Im satisfied with mine at least, only thing is that its a bit too small..

.. only 17"..

I am pretty sure Apple uses the same panels as Dell for a lot of their monitors. But Apple does look a lot better

I am pretty sure Apple uses the same panels as Dell for a lot of their monitors. But Apple does look a lot better

i got philips in my research, but i dont know maybe dell gets theirs from philips

A while back Dell and Apple were the only providers of 20" widescreen monitors and they were both based on the same panel yet Dell managed to create a better screen (not design wise though). I know Dell is running a campaign on their 20" WS atm, because I am contemplating buying one. I know a friend who has it and it pwns...

But my knowledge into this is very limited, due to not having interests in it at all, so you shouldn't trust a word I say.

Well at work we have about 30% apple monitors and the rest is provided by Dell. I used a 23 or 24" dell before i got to use my cinemas at work and either one of them are perfect for my job... no it's not playing wow on any other game but still they both work well.... still they lack in both design and quality compared to my 27kg heavy sony 22" multiscan G500 triniton sheit thingy.
