im still wondering why casters arent using the libram of tenacity especialy druids for their pvp gear to raise their low AC as this would make them live a bit longer against warrior/rogues and for druids the +125 AC would be really usefull wouldnt it when it gets multiplyed in bearform?

If the libram enchant works as for example an armor kit the AC bonus would not be mulitplied. Only the base armor is taken into account. So for example the motw bonus does not get multiplied.
