As a pve tank? I think you can't reach the dodge cap (with current gear).

Reach the soft cap on expertise (no dodge from mobs) and maybe hit if you need that to keep the threat up, then go for as much dodge or stam as you can?

im assuming the 10th icon is for the dailies?

"keystones are also used for daily quests" ?? there are archeology dailies? where? what skill do you need for those? what is the reward?
